Information Collected from or about You

Referrals to best suit your use.

If you submit a friend's name and/or e-mail address for the referral program, we will store such information for the purpose of transmitting the referral message or invitation. We may also use your friend's information to track the efficacy of our Referral program. If your friend would like to be removed from our database, s/he may contact us at privacy@groupigg.com.

Other sites accessible through our Site have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices. Please consult each site's privacy policy. Groupigg is not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties and expressly disclaims any liability for the actions of these third parties. Please be aware that this site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. The information practices of those web sites linked to Groupigg are not covered by this Privacy Policy. These other sites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Additionally, other companies that place advertising on our Site may collect information about you when you view or click on their advertising through the use of cookies. We cannot control this collection of information. You should contact these advertisers directly if you have any questions about their use of the information that they collect.

Security

When placing orders or accessing your account information, we keep your account information on secured servers behind a firewall. Your sensitive information such as credit cards and passwords are encrypted using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL). Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. If you are just browsing the Site, a cookie identifies only your browser. In processing your transactions, we reveal only the last four digits of your credit card number when confirming or referencing an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.

For your part, please be vigilant to protect against unauthorized access to your account and to your computer. When using a shared or public computer (such as at school or the library) be certain to log off after use.

Change of Address or Contact Information

You may change your personal information in your Groupigg account at any time. We encourage you to promptly update your information if it changes. You may also email us the corrections or change requests at privacy@groupigg.com

Deleting Your Account

You may ask to have the information on your account deleted or removed. Groupigg will close your account and comply with your request. However, because we keep track of past transactions, you cannot delete information associated with past transactions. Also, as a security measure we "back up" the data stored on our systems, and such prior information cannot be completely removed from our databases. As a result, you should not expect that all of your information will be completely removed from our backed-up databases.

Feedback

If you provide feedback to us, we may use and disclose such feedback for any purpose, provided we do not associate such feedback with your personal identifiable information. We will collect any information contained in such feedback and will treat the Personal Information in it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You agree that any such comments and any email we receive becomes our property. We may use feedback for marketing purposes or to add to or modify our services without paying any royalties or other compensation to you.

Children under 13

Children under 13 are not eligible to use our Site. Groupigg does not intentionally collect any personal information from individuals under the age of 13. If you are under age 13, please do not attempt to create an account or provide any personal information about yourself to us. We will make every effort to delete any details of such users where a parent or guardian has informed us that these details have been collected. Compliance with Service of Process or Law Enforcement

Groupigg may be asked by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide your information to the appropriate governmental authorities. Groupigg fully cooperates with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. If Groupigg makes changes to any terms or conditions of the Privacy Policy, the changes will be posted in this document so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and to whom we may disclose it.
